Pamela M. Jonah
Pam is a partner in the firm and concentrates her practice in the representation of condominium and homeowner associations in Massachusetts. Pam handles all aspects of community association representation offering day-to-day general advice, including but not limited to document review, interpretation and drafting, lien enforcement matters, association loans and covenant, restrictions and rule enforcement matters.
Prior to joining the firm in 2017 Pam worked for another firm for 9 years concentrating in condominium association representation. Prior to that Pam was a sole practitioner with a varied practice that included representing individuals in commercial and residential real estate transactions. She has over 22 years of experience in real estate law.
At the same time Pam was a co-owner of a real estate developing company, offering construction services and developing single family homes and small condominiums. In addition to her legal experience, Pam served a two-year term in Public Office during 1999-2001 when she was elected the first District Four Councilor under the new Mayor/Council form of government in the Town of Weymouth. She was appointed the Chairwoman of the Ordinance Committee responsible for transferring 375 years accumulated Town By-Laws into newly formed Ordinances. During her term she also served as a member of the Budget Finance; Economic Development; Education and Senior Citizens Committee.
Pam has been an invited lecturer with M.C.L.E., CAI-NE, CAI – National speaking on a variety of condominium issues and has authored articles addressing condominium issues published in magazines and newspapers, including CAI-NE’s Condo Media.

For setting legal precedent, helping to create a new cause of action in Massachusetts known as “AIDS Phobia” (the fear of contracting AIDS from contact with foreign instruments) by successfully arguing a case before the District Court of Appeals.
