Join MEEB Attorneys, Gary Daddario and Jonathan Klein, for a discussion surrounding boards taking votes, making decisions, and implementing their chosen courses of action on a very regular basis.  Are they doing it right?  Condominium Documents language that defines the standards for board action, as well as the processes associated with their votes.  Attendees will learn about the various standards and the most common practices and how to make sure their board’s decisions are valid and could survive a challenge, if necessary.  Further, this seminar will explore another common board activity - the signing of documents.  Attendees will learn who should sign and why, as well as the “ins and outs” of the notary process and when it applies.
