Jeremy is an experienced litigation and dispute resolution attorney with over 35 years of experience as a partner at a leading regional law firm and as general counsel at a regional heavy and highway construction company. Jeremy represents and advises construction industry and condominium clients, including contractors, developers, condominium associations, engineers, sureties and labor unions in complex disputes, contracts and general business matters. He has also represented clients in real estate and land use disputes, eminent domain, class action defense, insurance, agriculture, food processing and other commercial matters, and has prosecuted and defended cases in bench and jury trials, master's and administrative trials, mediations, arbitrations and appeals in the Federal and State Courts of Massachusetts, Rhode Island and New Hampshire. Jeremy also serves as a AAA arbitrator and as a mediator.
