Janet is a partner in the firm and concentrates her practice in the representation of condominium and homeowner associations in Massachusetts, Rhode Island and New Hampshire. Her practice includes all facets of community association representation, ranging from document review and interpretations, administration and facilitation of association meetings, enforcement of covenants and restrictions and lien enforcement matters.

Thom is a partner and senior litigator in the firm with over 25 years of experience as a practicing attorney litigating cases in Massachusetts and the New Hampshire courts. He represents condominiums, home owners’ associations, corporations, and individuals in a wide range of matters with a primary concentration in condominium and complex real estate litigation. His specific areas of practice include construction defects, condominium enforcement, zoning and land use litigation, beach rights, and other property disputes. Thom has also handled matters in various administrative agencies and served as an administrative law judge.

Jennifer is a partner in the firm and concentrates her practice in the areas of civil and appellate litigation, condominium law, real estate law and employment law. In addition to litigating, Jennifer continuously counsels clients on a variety of real estate matters including, code compliance, the interpretation of association governing documents, title and lien issues, leasing and construction management and disputes.

Seth is a partner of the firm and represents clients in a robust range of civil litigation and regulatory matters, including in the areas of construction, land use and zoning, condominium law, employment law, contract matters, and disputes involving state and local governmental entities. He has practiced before state and federal courts and state agencies in Massachusetts and has successfully represented clients at trials and in appeals.  For almost two decades, he has advised private clients and governmental entities alike regarding a myriad and diverse issues with respect to land use, zoning, construction, civil rights, employment and education law, licensing, public records, meeting procedures, internal investigations, conflict of interest, and many others.

Richard is a partner in the firm and concentrates his practice on general condominium law and lien enforcement. His practice focuses on the representation of Condominium Associations and everything that it entails, including:  lien enforcement, document interpretation, rule enforcement, administrative procedures, contract review, developer issues and insurance matters.

Dillon is a junior partner in the firm’s Condominium, Real Estate, and Landlord Tenant Departments. He joined the firm in 2019 and focuses his practice on representing condominium associations, condominium developers, as well as residential and commercial landlords. Specifically, Dillon advises condominium and homeowner associations, as well as property managers, on all aspects of community association law including: review and interpretation of governing documents, rule enforcement, document amendments, land acquisition, withdrawals of land from the Land Court’s registration system, leasing, contract review, and developer rights. Gary Daddario is a partner of the firm and concentrates his practice in the field of community association law since 2003. In 2018, he became a partner with Marcus, Errico, Emmer & Brooks, P.C.  In addition to assisting Massachusetts clients and MEEB’s Braintree, MA office, Attorney Daddario also assists New Hampshire clients and manages the firm’s new location in Merrimack, New Hampshire.

Mark is a partner in the Firm and concentrates his practice on transactional and condominium law.  He routinely advises condominium associations and association managers on the full spectrum of matters affecting condominium communities, including:  governance issues, rules enforcement, lien enforcement, asset management, casualty loss claims, document amendments, land acquisition and development rights, election and transition procedures, contracts and general liability issues.

Matt is a partner in the firm, and concentrates his practice on commercial and residential real estate acquisitions, as well as condominium and community association law. Matt’s commercial and residential real estate practice entails handling all aspects of real estate acquisition, development, and financing, including: drafting and negotiating purchase and sale agreements; reviewing commercial loan documents; reviewing title examinations; issuing title insurance policies; and reviewing zoning, subdivision and other land use matters.

Gabrielle joined MEEB in 2023. She is an experienced trial attorney with a decade of litigation experience. She has conducted depositions, motion conferences, arbitrations, mediations, and jury trials, effectively communicating intricate legal arguments. Additionally, she has led settlement and dispositive proceedings, utilizing her strong negotiation skills in mediations and arbitrations to secure favorable client outcomes.

Alexandra became an associate at the firm in 2023 and focuses her practice on representing condominium associations and transactional matters. Her practice includes supporting clients regarding interpretation of governing documents, unit owner responsibilities and rule enforcement, and lien enforcement.

Pam is a partner in the firm and concentrates her practice in the representation of condominium and homeowner associations in Massachusetts. Pam handles all aspects of community association representation offering day-to-day general advice, including but not limited to document review, interpretation and drafting, lien enforcement matters, association loans and covenant, restrictions and rule enforcement matters.

Dean Lennon, Esq. is a partner in the firm of Marcus, Errico, Emmer & Brooks and concentrates his practice on the general representation of condo and HOA boards in Massachusetts, New Hampshire and Rhode Island. Such representation includes lien enforcement and rules enforcement matters as well as condo document amendments and interpretation.
