Justin Magsarili
Justin became an associate at the firm in 2019 and focuses his practice on representing condominium associations. His practice includes supporting clients regarding interpretation of governing documents, condominium operations and governance issues, unit owner responsibilities and rule enforcement, drafting and amending of condominium documents, and lien enforcement. Justin previously worked in the Clerk of Court’s office for Utah’s Eighth District Court and as a paralegal for a major creditor’s rights firm in Newton, Massachusetts.
Dawn D. McDonald
Dawn is a partner of the firm and concentrates her practice on commercial litigation, construction litigation and employment law. She has spent the past twenty one years as a successful trial attorney and then a partner, as well as manager, of the litigation department of a well-established law firm in Western Massachusetts. She is an accomplished trial lawyer and has extensive experience handling complex multi-million dollar commercial litigation for individuals, corporations, small business owners and financial institutions in both Massachusetts and Connecticut.
Joseph D. Saurino
Joe is an associate in the firm and concentrates his practice on advising both condominium association boards and property managers on the ins and outs of the Massachusetts condominium statute, as well as on general association management issues.
