Justin Magsarili
Justin became an associate at the firm in 2019 and focuses his practice on representing condominium associations. His practice includes supporting clients regarding interpretation of governing documents, condominium operations and governance issues, unit owner responsibilities and rule enforcement, drafting and amending of condominium documents, and lien enforcement. Justin previously worked in the Clerk of Court’s office for Utah’s Eighth District Court and as a paralegal for a major creditor’s rights firm in Newton, Massachusetts.
Dawn D. McDonald
Dawn is a partner of the firm and concentrates her practice on commercial litigation, construction litigation and employment law. She has spent the past twenty one years as a successful trial attorney and then a partner, as well as manager, of the litigation department of a well-established law firm in Western Massachusetts. She is an accomplished trial lawyer and has extensive experience handling complex multi-million dollar commercial litigation for individuals, corporations, small business owners and financial institutions in both Massachusetts and Connecticut.
Katherine Talacci
Katie Talacci joined the firm as an associate in April 2026. At the firm, Katie focuses her practice on condominium law, landlord-tenant matters, and residential real estate transactions. She advises and represents condominium associations in matters involving lien enforcement, document interpretation, rule enforcement, and drafting and amendments to condominium governing documents. Katie also has experience in landlord-tenant matters, including reviewing leases, enforcing lease provisions, drafting notices to quit for non-payment of rent and for cause, and representing landlords in summary process (eviction) actions. In addition, her practice includes residential real estate transactions, where she conducts title examinations, drafts and reviews purchase and sale agreements and assists with closings.
